Planning and implementation
Planning phase
The planning phase – from the idea for a new or revised programme to its start – lasts ten to fourteen months. The better your basis is, the smoother the Downloadprocess (PDF, 64 KB)vertical_align_bottom will be.
Contact the for an initial discussion. In the discussion we will clarify issues relevant to the planned programme, time planning and finances. Then work can begin. Your SCE contact person will be at your side during the process which follows.
Step by step to your continuing education programme
- Aim: Clarification of requirements (target groups, content, rough curriculum structure, potential lecturers, time planning, financial possibilities, inclusion of stakeholders). The programme idea assumes concrete form.

- Aims: Remaining questions are answered and business plan and regulations are finalised, meaning that documents for the Department Conference and the application to the Executive Board can be prepared.

- Aims: Communication and marketing activities are ready and can begin immediately after the Executive Board decision (e.g. on the continuing education programme website).
